Today, presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg released his proposal to overhaul our health care as we know it and replace it with an unaffordable government-run health insurance system.
Like Medicare for all or the public option promoted by candidates like Joe Biden, one-size-fits-all proposals like Mayor Buttigieg's put Americans' coverage at risk and force us to start over. All Americans will be affected and required to pay higher taxes, not just those "who want it."
