When Vice President Biden announced a risky public option in his health care plan this week, our community immediately voiced our opposition to one-size-fits-all health care.
In fact, the response has been so strong, we want to keep this momentum going. Will you join us in sending a message to all of the Democratic candidates telling them to say no to one-size-fits-all health care?
We're speaking up because public option plans are a slippery slope to risky, high-tax government insurance.
One-size-fits-all health care — like a public option — would disproportionately hurt low-income Americans, raise our taxes, increase our health care costs, and cause us to lose access to the doctors we trust.
Margaret, we deserve quality, affordable health care that works for all of us.
